Return & Replacement Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Returns Due to Damage or Defect

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just contact us at the top of this page and include a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Still waiting? Reach out via Contact Us and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours


Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please reach out via the Contact Us link above.


Return Shipping

For standard returns (not due to damage), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

If your product is being replaced due to damage upon arrival, we’ll cover the replacement shipping costs.
